Carols at St Catherine's Hospice
Our singers added to the Christmassy feeling at St Catherine's on Saturday morning performing two sets of songs to a very large audience of parents, fair attendees, residents, birds of prey and, even, the Police.
The children sang enthusiastically and tunefully arranging themselves on a staircase, for the first set, and outside in sub-zero temperatures, for the second. These were firsts for all our singers. (Although, it was great to catch up with former pupils who reminisced about when they had done something similar, in some cases more than 10 years before!)
Thank you to everyone who took part both singing and watching. We appreciate everyone giving up part of their Saturday to support a worthwhile local charity. We were all impressed by the audience participation!
