FEAST

FEAST (Food, Entertainment, Arts, Sport, Together) are holding some virtual information 'Let's Talk' sessions, which are there to help families throughout the school holidays by providing activities and food without adding to the growing pressure on income.

Whilst this scheme allows all children in receipt of Free School Meals access, it isn't only for those children and young people. There is a funding allowance for more to attend, for example Young Carers, looked after children, Ukrainian guests and those identified by schools/ Early Help and other LA services. The organisers are keen to hear from parents/carers about any concerns or barriers to accessing the sessions and they can do this by attending one of the virtual meetings. They would like to provide a more inclusive offer and encourage parents to apply for a code to access the sessions even if they don't meet the strict criteria. This can be done through their website: https://northyorkshiretogether.co.uk/feast/

The links for the Let's Talk sessions and our website are below and it would really help if you are able to make your families aware of these so that they can find out more about the service. They can also find details of these on our website and Facebook page. Thank you.
