e-Monitoring
All our sites have wi-fi and we use Impero and Smoothwall as e-Monitoring systems. This means we monitor all the traffic that gets transmitted across any part of our network – including computers that are connected via cables.
We do this to safeguard all our users and especially our learners.
Smoothwall and Impero work by notifying us if inappropriate material is accessed.
Our IT staff are able to access anything that is saved across any part of our network or on Office 365 and our Google Workspace.
If you connect to our Wi-Fi or use a computer connected to the network you do need to be aware that anything that is transmitted across it is logged.
