Sleep is an area of Psychology that we will be looking at. To get us thinking about sleep, please work through this lesson about sleep.

Sleep project.
Use the resources provided including the information from last week's learning, the attached power point and any research you choose to do yourself.
Create a piece of work that shows the importance of sleep, its benefits and consequences of lack of sleep.
You can do this as a poster, notes, make a power point, be creative and artistic- I don't mind the format you choose.
