Latest update from Headteacher.
As you will know from recent correspondence work has begun to prepare our site for the delivery of our replacement classrooms lost to RAAC last year.
Despite the best efforts of the weather, the programme for delivery and installation is still on track for completion in April. We are working closely with Portakabin and several suppliers to ensure that the Portakabins are completed and fully functional for teaching in April. This will allow us to educate our Year 7 students on site, which we are all looking forward to. We will provide further details relating to this as we receive definite completion dates.
Please be assured we are working closely with the Department for Education and North Yorkshire County Council to ensure the project meets all planning requirements and government legislation relating to school buildings.
